Tuition: FREE
       02/01/2007 (1:00 PM) - 02/01/2007 (2:00 PM) Eastern
You were moving forward with that big dream for your business. Gradually, you noticed your business flattened out... fearful to take the next step, because it feels risky. It's seems easier to live in mediocrity than making perceived painful changes. We'll discuss what happens when we reach what's called the "pain conundrum" with strategies you can apply to break through this block into a growth phase for your business.

Seminar Description:
You once had a big dream for your business. You started out with an inspiring vision in your mind. You were excited and moving forward and then gradually over time, you began to notice that your business flattened out. You are no longer growing and thriving. You have become comfortable with mediocrity, afraid to take the next step, because it just feels risky and uncomfortable.
The thing that we most notice about this scenario is not that the business owner is incapable of growing the enterprise, but the thought of what is required feels painful (the thought of change or growth is usually much more fear-filled and seems more painful than it actually is).
As a result, it becomes much easier to live in mediocrity than to make changes that might be painful.
This class will discuss what happens when we reach what is known as the "pain onundrum"--the point in your business when the thought of taking the next step is creating an illusion of pain and discomfort and the strategies you can apply to break through this block into a growth phase for your business.
