Seminar Description:
This is a mentoring program. It's more than a workshop. A workshop overwhelms you with information that you can't and won't use. The mentorship programs gives you relevant tools and techniques that you can put to use with a little bit of effort. A unique program that combines strategic planning, business building and marketing development to create greater success in your business. This program is designed for the special needs of small business owners that are committed to growing their business. In the mentoring program, I work with you over time, training, mentoring, coaching you to build your business success. We start with your vision and then move into creating powerful strategies to achieve that vision. We meet twice per month to keep your focus on the vision and the strategies and include in those sessions 8 marketing trainings, to build your marketing plan and begin changing the results in your business. The Strategic Planning Component: · Clarity on vital issues · An understanding of obstacles that hold you back and how to clear them · A profound sense of achievement · Breakthroughs which would have been impossible before · Clear goals and strategies to achieve them. Eight Powerful Marketing Sessions 1. Marketing 101 Business goals, marketing goals, overview of the marketing plan, marketing funnel and first steps. Get focused to get moving Assess your current business success and vision the future 2. Getting Known Networking, and getting out in the community. What to do with new leads/contacts? A networking plan helps your networking work for you and produce the results you need. You will have a powerful benefits list You will have a powerful audio logo or elevator speech to get conversations going and, you will create a follow-up system that no one else that you are networking with is using. 3. Staying in Front of People Keep in touch marketing. How to stay in front of your prospects In the last session we began working on your incredible follow-up system but this session completes the system. Create a stay in touch system that keeps you touching your prospects in creative and different ways. Make sure you are using all the resources you have to keep your name and business in front of prospects.. 4. Publicity How to generate free publicity. Using press releases, how to write them, what to do with them When to send them. We will share with you the media calendar -- what media is looking for, the types of stories and news for each month of the year. Get these insider secrets so you can send the right press release. Learn how to write a press release that will get you in the paper Learn how to get your press release distributed across the internet so that it gives you added exposure AND, helps to optimize your website. 5. Websites/E-Zines Why you need a website and what you need on the site. How to build your database. How to drive traffic to your site. Learn how to build your website on your own if you don't already have one Learn how to connect all of the internet marketing pieces together. Learn how to set up your own e-zine, e-course or other email marketing program Learn how to build your database and then market to the database 6. More ways to use the internet Using tele-classes, forums and other online sources for promoting your business. How to set it all up and keep it going Learn how to use your blog & keep your blog going. Learn how to set up a tele-class, market it and use it as a business tool Learn how to create an e-book, special report to offer on the internet 7. Customer Appreciation/Referrals Setting up a customer appreciation program and active referral program. Your current clients and customers are one of your greatest resources. In this session you will learn tools for creating powerful customer appreciation systems and using those systems to reward customer referrals. Learn how to ask your current clients for referrals. 8. Expo’s/Fairs/Exhibits Setting up a winning displays, how to keep in touch with leads and make sales. Learn how to set up a low cost display Some of the keys to bringing people into your table How to collect prospect info and determine which prospects are highly qualified and which are not. Create a follow-up system for each prospect that will bring people back to you for business Most businesses displaying at an expo never follow-up. If you are going to spend 4-8 hours sitting/standing and talking with people you need a good system to really capture that business. Don't just add the business cards to a pile. Each marketing session will provide you with ideas, resources and an opportunity to learn from group members what they have used. You will be able to develop your strategies for marketing your business Each class includes a workbook to guide your notes but more importantly to start crafting your strategic plan and powerful marketing plan.
