About the guest - "The Optimal Intimacy Guy": I am Lenn M. Snyder, M.Ed., LCSW., Board Certified Diplomat in Social Work. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in NJ and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in OR, NJ, NY, and PA.

I have been working with individuals, couples and groups for the past forty years and for the past twenty years I have specialized in working with relationships.

My goal has been to help couples and individuals redefine relationships from suffering to authentic self-love and mutual intimacy.

During my career I have designed and led workshops, seminars and personal growth trainings.

I am currently Director of Optimal Intimacy, a consulting and personal growth training company formed to facilitate relationships that work and to teach how to reprogram the dysfunctional safety and survival strategies that keep individuals, couples and companies stuck in ineffective and/or destructive patterns.
