During this workshop, you will learn how to get the best from your workers, empower your workers, earn their respect and loyalty and open the lines of communication. Learning how to share the power between management and workers will empower both groups and ultimately lead to less employee turnover, improved employee satisfaction and an increase in productivity. 1. Discuss important leadership qualities. 2. Create the proper balance between focusing on the product or service and the producers of that product or service. 3. Practice a five-step coaching model for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Formulate a time management time for you and teach the strategies to your employees. 5. Discuss benefits of teamwork and diversity and develop plans for improving each. 6. Mediate a conflict situation and demonstrate positive problem-solving methods.
